Loved our stay. It was a nice looking hotel in a very quiet area, close to the main square and good restaurants, and good restaurants. The staff were ready to help, made our stay very nice. Nicely decorated and unique rooms with cozy bedding, uninterrupted views of the towers of the Iglesia de San Felipe Neri, the colonial style, felt like home. I had a fantastic stay at a charming colonial hotel in the historic center. The rooms were spacious and decorated in a beautiful colonial style. The showers were hot, and each room had a space heater. The breakfast spread was well-stocked and delicious. The staff, especially Geisha and Brenda at Reception, were warm and welcoming. The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the main square, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. I highly recommend this hotel for its character, comfort, and excellent service.

Everything was perfect, including knowledgeable and competent staff from maids. When we checked in, queen room in spotless condition was ready. It had amazing location just off a morning flight, the center of Sucre, and taxis. Furthermore, close to downtown. We really enjoyed staying 3 nights here😀

Beautiful building with comfortable rooms, hot showers, heating, and free water and snacks. Lovely sun terrace and seating areas. Good breakfast, great communication before stay. Motorcyclists appreciated secure courtyard parking. Helpful staff during political unrest provided up-to-date information for safe travel. Stunning colonial architecture and artifacts. Well-located, central hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from. the location of the hotel was great, it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. the room was clean and had a nice design. Plus, the view from the terrace was amazing.
The security was a bit concerning. the room keys were left out in the open, and the entry was not guarded all the time, so it felt like anyone could just walk in.
